Safflower Yellow/Carthamus Yellow
This yellow is made from the petals of Safflower also known as "Kardai" or "Kusum" in India.
Gives beautiful yellow and orange hues with the color shade moving from warm caramel to kesar and finally Pineapple yellow.

Hibiscus Red
Hibiscus: Also called Ambadi or Gonghuru. This plant is embedded across Indian culture and has been used for thousands of years in our foods, whether as vegetable and juice.
The color derived give a nice dark maroon shade and has a tart taste.
This is best suited for beverages, confectioneries, pasta, nacho chips.


Blue Butterfly
Derived from Blue Butterfly pea flower also known as 'Aparijita".
This extract gives beautiful purple, blue and violet hues.
